TheVenomWithin
As a classic example. I didn't know so many people liked his post till I was informed by another user. (gent) I would personally like to see this added. When someone quotes me, if their post gets liked i'd like to have a notification alerting me. Like Toby suggested, when a mod likes a post would also be useful. Might just be me, simple request. Discuss below.

knavesmith
I believe such notifications don't work too well when it goes to a third party. Sure we have notifications for "Replies to a status I replied to," but this is extends a bit too far. I'm not entirely sure if the IP.Board forum software allows this, but I'm guessing it doesn't.
