The trade includes mixed in items [50+ items]

but there is one duped unusual,so do i need to apply dupe penalty [0.9 * X]?

 

also

do i need to use old bp.tf price on a hat?

EG i traded blizzardly veil for X hat in january

then i suggest the X hat on march,the price is oudated on veil,but the veil was still up to date in january.

do i still need to do a mini?

As far as I know:

Outdated hats need minis if outdated at time of suggestion.

Overpay (*0.9) on all non-pure items if they were offered for the item that the price suggestion is for, if it's unclear who offered, apply overpay anyway.

 

Do not apply overpay to the following: Clean HOUWARs, Max heads (non-level 1), buds, keys (including event keys), refined, and cash trades are exempt from overpay calculations.

 

Do apply overpay on duped HOUWARs and level 1 Max's

You need a mini for the duped hat and then apply overpay if needed. All non-pure items in the trade get overpay if they were offered on the hat you're suggesting for.

I believe you still need a mini for the veil since you're pricing it now.
