If you're building from scratch you might as well save up some money and get something actually decent which will last you years rather than cheapen out now and then need to constantly upgrade parts. That GPU only has 512 MB while most modern games including TF2 recommend at least 1 GB. Black Friday sales are predominantly for peripherals and not actual parts. And there are plenty of component deals on Black Friday as well. @op don't bother buying anything under $300 (if you're willing to use Linux), or $400 (if it must have windows).
