Zefrom
My fps is 100, my ping on my usual server is 60 which is normal as i used to get that but i am getting really painful lag. its like i'm playing with 500 ping Sometimes when you try to switch weapon, like eg. SMG. When you switch to AWPer Hang, you stay at SMG. Your movements is very jittery I've been told by a friend that this is a network connectivity problem (points middle finger to singtel) and have nothing to do with my specs and i've tried to play it on the lowest graphical settings and still having this issue I've only been getting this when playing TF2 and my Google Chrome is fine and other Steam Games. My screen resolution is 1600x900

silencedotmid
5.16 Mbps for download 480 kbps for upload Latency: 24ms Think I figured out the problem, it's your upload speed. Your download speed is fine, but your upload speed is less than a MB/second, so when you're sending your movements and stuff to the servers it takes longer then it should, which would definetly create jittering. Yell at your ISP for having terrible, terrible internet speeds.

Ixenzo
Most of the games don't need more than 128 kbps. 1024 if you're using voip. Just try not to play online games while downloading something.
