Which effect is the king of all of Halloween.

 

Mine is Stormy 13th Hour / H. Moon but if I had to pick, I'd pick stormy 13th

Definitely Cloudy Moon.  Never really liked the pentagram looking ones, floating skulls, or orbiting effects that much.  Harvest moon looks nice too but I prefer the color of Cloudy.

Edit: Found out Stormy 13th Hour is way cooler, I actually prefer Halloween Effects rather than 1st Gen Effects

Cloudy Moon all the way, baby. The most badass looking halloween effect there ever was... although I will say that Harvest Moon is good looking as well.

 

Also, wouldn't it have been better to gather the 2013 effects into their respective groups? Because it seems that we have a lot of duplicates here.
