There should be a rule where if a person's bp is worth less than $50 he shouldnt be able to make a price suggestion because usually its all the poor people who try to manipulate prices to make their bp worth 1 key higher. If a person's bp was $50 or higher they wouldn't really care if there bp fell or rose a key

Nope. Moreover, people with expensive backpacks tend to manipualte prices more than poor people.

This is a suggestion based on vague accusations with no solid proof or reason.  Why should we turn away someone that wants to get more involved in the trading community, but doesn't have the money to trade-up that quick?
