shawshank Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Hello! I just wanted to invite everyone to try a project I've been working on over the past few months. Basically, it tracks all of the counters on all of your Strange Team Fortress 2 items over time. I just began the closed Beta, and I'm looking to get around 100 users to get feedback/stress test the server/etc. Eventually, it will be able to provide statistics such as ETA on ranking up a strange, calculate kill assists/uber, and much more. There is a live demo of the beta at http://tf2strange.net/demo I've also attached a screenshot below. If you are interested in getting in on the Beta, please join this Steam group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/tf2strange and post under "Beta Access Requests." If you have any questions or feature requests, feel free to add me!
dabaers Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Would join but on phone How does it work exactly?
shawshank Posted March 19, 2014 Author Posted March 19, 2014 Basically, every time you visit is takes a snapshot of your strange items and their counters. At the end of the day, it saves your total count for that day. The next day when you come back, if you have made any points on any of your stranges it records how much, and so on for every day you visit. Eventually there will be more advanced statistics, it is still a work in progress. EDIT: Shot you an invite PM baers, let me know if you have any questions/concerns/trouble accessing the site.
shawshank Posted March 20, 2014 Author Posted March 20, 2014 Thanks man, I think I got your request as well - you should be able to sign in now.
Ersin Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 A great idea. I always wanted to know how much progress I make with my stranges
