i have this Strange Professional Killstreak Back Scatter and i don't know how much i should sell

should i just sell it for 7$ ?

it have 

Killstreaker: Tornado
Sheen: Villainous Violet

Yours does have a good combo on it (Tornado is 2nd best effect behind Fire Horns, Violet is 2nd best sheen behind Team Shine) so you could probably chase a little bit more than base price - listing for $8-9 is probably a good move. Just note that because it's a very unpopular weapon it's not going to sell very fast.
