spell trading buy offers?

I recently got an Alien Swarm Parasite with Die Job for myself, and I'm unsure what the deal with spell trading offers like this is. For a long time I collected Flair! and when I tried to create buy orders for decalled Flair I was told that was against the rules, but how is something like this allowed, and what even is the pricing here? I realize I could probably add the person and ask but in my experience they tend to think I'm some kind of asshole if I don't understand a buy order. Are they paying 70 for anything? If you hover over the item in the listing it has two spells, so I assume they would have to pay 70 for a double-spelled one, but the rest of it is a mystery to me. Are they offering just 2 keys total for a paint spell? I plan on keeping the Parasite for the foreseeable future unless a collector adds me or something, but I thought I should at least get more knowledgeable about the spell trading stuff while I have it.

They're paying 70 for one with headless horseshoes and chromatic corruption. The prices listed on the ad is for single spelled items. The reason they're able to have the price set to 70 is because they're technically not lying when saying they'd pay 70 for a cc+hh one. If you had a double spelled on your best bet would be to add them to discuss other prices.

and yeah they're only offering 2 keys for any paint spells minus chromatic corruption or spectral spectrum

Your listing would have been removed if you didn't make the listing on next and attach the proper spells to the item. The listing in question has both chromatic and horseshoes attached to the item which you can see clearly on next (but shows up as text when you hover on old)

It's line cutting if you don't do this because then your listing would appear in a no-spell search at the top of the orders, even though you wouldn't be paying that much.

Gotcha. I wish they'd update the listings to allow you to select Decal/No Decal for items where thats applicable. I guess its probably not as robust as spells so there wouldn't  be that many people that care but back when I was collecting Flair it would've been nice to have a buy order.
