Hello! First unusual in over a decade. Any insight would be helpful, I'm not up to date on the market anymore and this effect seems fairly new. Also, how do people trade unusuals nowadays? Do we still find a reputable middleman or use another service like Steam Market?

Hi congrats on the unbox. I’d say around 30-35 keys should be a fair price. And for trading unusuals people mainly use backpack.tf and usually just directly send trade offers to each other.
