Also, if we're going to nominate an entire game mode, there are the remaining Arena maps that weren't converted for King of the Hill. Watchtower, Lumberyard, and Ravine are especially far down in the pile. Nowadays, your only chance to play them is on the occasional Vs. Saxton Hale server.
