Best level up service?

Any recommendations for fast and well priced level ups or failing that just good people to buy card sets from. Always just used scrap.tf in the past but it seems that's gone now,

marketplace.tf has a badge builder however its not the best, got 4 sets of cards for a badge i already had completed completely

There always are a few legit websites with varying stock like steamlevels com. These sites are usually cheaper than marketplace or scrap.
 

You could also look into buying steam points (-> someone will send you loads of steam awards). You can use steam points to build seasonal badges up to a limit. That was a cheaper (although sketchier) way of leveling up fast.

I would advise against using sites like https://steamlevels.com unless you know a bit more about leveling as the rates are not always clear and individual bots tend to have better rates

 

I haven’t checked mptf’s recent update on their badge builder, but I found the badge builders on mp/scrap are often even more expensive
