How do you add strange parts in the new backpack.tf or spells in the old one when making a buy order?

I'm trying to make a buy order for a frontier justice that is spelled and has three parts, but I can't get both of them, I can just get strange parts on old backpack.tf, and spells on the new one

I prefer the old backpack.tf

Add the filter strange parts

That toggle which says 'expand recipe tray'
Then behold, all of the filters you could possibly want

That just lets you create orders for usable items like fabricators, chem sets, etc..

 

Just a missing feature.
