It won't be much. Event saturation will likely be unhelpful too. Just keep it ... low. Whatever the bottom end listings are on the Unusual Killer Joke in general are, just hover around there. I'd personally just list it for the cheapest to get rid of it.

Can't we predict the drop rate of effects and hats (based on tiers) and then compare them to previous updates and maybe throw some aesthetic/opinion and supply/demand factors?

 

I swear there's probably a lot of formulas we could use for stuff and set more easy to understand trading knowledge boundaries instead of "we don't know, just try it till you get told otherwise"

Anyone who can do this is busy buying up what they calculated as underpriced and even they don't get it right 100% of the time.
