Dementia Gaming
Was just given to me, how much? I'm thinking of adding Crit kills strange part since I can afford it, and would it be better if a Festivize it?(add festivizer), thx for the help Also thinking about making it a "spec ks strange festivized CS Mk.ii BB with LHK and possibly with full health kills or crit kills. How much would that be? thx
Flubs
so the non strange version sells for 4.77 ref on backpack.tf https://backpack.tf/stats/Decorated Weapon/Civil Servant Mk.II | War Paint (Factory New)/Tradable/Craftable. By adding a strange stat clock that sells for 16 ref https://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Civilian Grade Stat Clock/Tradable/Non-Craftable , you make your weapon. The part is really cheap , 30 ref https://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Strange Part%3A Low-Health Kills/Tradable/Craftable. Everything added makes 50.77 ref but that's the price of the unapplied items, when applied items tend to lose a lot of value (up to 50-60%), especially if low tiers. i think that black box is valued at 20-25 ref tops. Also remember that if you add critical kills and a festivizer the item will increase in value BUT not as selling the festivizer and the critical kills part alone . hope I helped

Flubs
as for now (meaning the screen you sent) it's 20-25 ref, if you add a spec ks + crit kills + festivizier it'll increase in value but the kit the part and the festivizer will be more valuable before being applied than after. With those 3 things Kit 62.88 ref https://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Specialized Killstreak Kit/Tradable/Non-Craftable/2-228. Festivizer 29 ref https://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Festivizer/Tradable/Non-Craftable Critical Kills Part 1.12 keys https://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Strange Part%3A Critical Kills/Tradable/Craftable your total (UNAPPLIED) would be around 3.5 keys if my calcs are correct The black box will probably be worth around 2/2.3 keys

Critical kills is not a function of this weapon (it doesn't provide extra crits in game) so to 99% of buyers that strange part will add 0 value. Festivizers add like 10 ref max, killstreak kit will probably retain half its value I'm thinking if you apply all that stuff on it you'll get a key out of it. (Don't. Don't apply all that stuff. Sell it and buy a new black box with stuff already applied to it for way cheaper using next.backpack.tf/classifieds to search for specific killstreaks and strange parts you want) ApothicЯ, absalonn and RussellSproutz

For any applied weapon skin, it ends up already losing value compared to it being unapplied. The same thing would go for the added strange parts too. The price evaluations you had are very optimistic. This will sell for a couple of ref.
Dementia Gaming
So based on what should be added and not, its much better if it would be a "strange spec ks festivized BB," with no added strange parts, OR any more applications, so would that sell for about over a key? Update: sum dude bought the spec ks off scrap (i was gna get it there)

This will sell for a couple of ref. i did wrote the unapplied price and the applied price , i also did compare to a unique specialized killstreak black box and not a strange one. 20 ref for something that costs 50 is alright, items lose value when applied but they don't lose 100% of the value . i'm certain of it. but again it's pointless to apply items if the intent is to resell. Only ever use those things on items you intend to keep. RussellSproutz
