Dementia Gaming Posted July 1, 2024 Posted July 1, 2024 Traded my strange heavy heating for this warpaint, looking to add it to my scatter gun, how much would this be worth? or would it be more wise to sell it seperately? How much would this be worth together? And should i sell it? Creeping Python 1

RussellSproutz Posted July 1, 2024 Posted July 1, 2024 Tbh bud you can't put the warpaint on your festivized scattergun. You use the warpaint for a scattergun though. Melancholy Sky 1

Scott Bakula Posted July 1, 2024 Posted July 1, 2024 For future reference, Warpaints are not a tool to apply to a weapon; When used, they make an entirely new weapon which can then have tools like festivizers or strange parts (if the war paint was strange) applied to it. Also, once a war paint is used, the result is always going to be worth less than the paint. Stock weapons for classes commonly used in 6s (Soldier, Demo, Medic, Scout) tend to lose the least value, but it's still a significant chunk.
Sir Spoon The Second Posted July 1, 2024 Posted July 1, 2024 warpaints and similar items like name tags, pro ks kits and paints lose roughly 55-95% of its valve applied but unlike warpaints basic/spec/pro kits can be applied to existing weapons if you don't know how much you will lose then just assume your losing 75% of its original price

Stock weapons(primaries specifically)can retain more than 50% of an items value

Dementia Gaming Posted July 2, 2024 Author Posted July 2, 2024 so i should sell them separately for a better profit?
