Clone_Two
It's been a couple months since I first opened the server up and there's been a few new additions since then. Let's go over each one: 1. SCM Unusual Alerts The server now supports all unusuals on SCM! You'll now be able to see whenever an unusual gets listed on SCM or has its price changed. Plenty of unusuals can be found for better than key rates at buy orders. Like its genuinely insane how many there are, I can't take them all myself.lf. As an fun side effect of that, we can even track unusual sales on SCM! So now you'll be able to know what effect got sold and not just its price from its price graph. Confirmed dbd lumber cap at $80. Neato 2. Backpack.tf Skins All skins (both unusual and non-unusual) are now logged as soon as they're listed alongside all necessary pricing information obtained from SCM to help you determine if something is worth buying or not. 3. STN Unusual Alerts Thanks to the newly(-ish) opened STN API we can now alert you as soon as an unusual is bought by STN or has had its price changed (by a significant margin)! (unfortunately due to STN rules I am not allowed to post the specific buy/sale prices, however all that info is only a click away so its not that big of a deal) All this and previous features: - Instant unusual listing alerts and deal filtering - Spelled Hat/Weapon listing alerts - (whatever else I mentioned last time) are all available for only 5 keys a month in my discord server. Go check it out if you're interested. https://discord.gg/pNRG44FweT if you have any questions, feel free to pop into the server and send me a ping. Besides that also the occasional placeholder price that will eventually get priced back into something more reasonable. Although the best of the worst that I remember off the top of my head has got to be a massed flies horrific headsplitter that got sold (confirmed by staff) for ~130 keys Norah
denzy_
so this is probably why someone outsniped a Collectors Professional KS Fists of Steel (Incinerator Daffodil, 115$) from me the same hour I got the funds ready it got swiped, oh well they relisted it for 246$ which is massively overpriced, if anyone buys that or the other 2 for sale on SCM then they're a certified moron truezyoungblood

henrylong
There is a fundamental problem with any access to information type of service. The problem is most of the value of the service is derived from you, but not others, having access to the information. But even if two bot hosters, thanks to the service, now know that a DBD Lumbercap can occasionally sell for 110 keys rather than 100 keys, they will just have the two highest buy orders and will push each other up, likely until the margins are the same as before. It will increase the efficiency of the market, and it will be bad for traders and profit. "Plenty of unusuals can be found for better than key rates at buy orders. Like its genuinely insane how many there are, I can't take them all myself." - Also can confirm that this is likely an exaggeration. People have already been querying and automatically sniping SCM deals for years with scripts that break TOS. All of the good stuff is gone in quite literally less than a second of being listed.
