Next backpack buy orders creating is down?

I am unable to create any buy order listings on next backpack. Is someone facing the same issue?

There is currently a bug when creating buy order over at Next.

 

What you need to do is to start creating a sell order for any item and put a value in the listing but do NOT actually create the sell order, simply go back and create your buy order, it should then post it without issue.
