I'll give you 1 banana signed by Albert II, the first monkey in space, for it (the real Albert monkey). I promise ya the bonana is worth at least 9999999999 keys cause of it's historical value.

So similar-ish situations like the Tundra Top or Hat Outta Hell (All-class, Merc Grade, "normal-ish" hat) seems to put their more common effects at around 50-75 keys.

However, the Brother in Blues is a trilby, and "dapper" hats (especially the trilby in particular) are generally one of the most popular types of all-class "normal" hats (See: Tipped Lid, Cotton Head, Modest Pile, Killer Exclusive, and especially the Federal Casemaker in this instance). And the Brother in Blues also adds Graybanns-esque shades, which given those are by far the most common misc to pair with this kind of hat, means the hat brings bonus value to the table. So I would guess that the BiB is going to prove to be one of the more popular merc grades (It's not impossible for merc grade multi-classes to be exceptionally valuable, see: Rotation Sensation, Patriot Peak, etc.).

With all this in mind, and given I expect the Treasure Trove effect to be one of the more popular (maybe not immediately given it's a little "weird", but flashy weird effects always come around) effects, I'd say this should go for at least 100 keys, maybe more. I'd wait to see how other BiBs go for, to be safe, because I think it's definitely a hat with the potential to gain a lot of value.
