Does anyone know what happened to the majority of all Unusual Outta Sights?

I was looking for a Demo Unusual I could potentially buy, when I decided to prem search for Unusual Outta Sights, only to find out that a lot of them cannot be traced back.

 

Does anyone possibly have an idea on what could've happened?

Last patch has renamed a few items and Backpack hasn't tweaked all of them, ooops! To find the other missing Outta Sights, add an apostrophe after the "a" on the Premium search (using the old name, so) and they will appear; the staff will eventually fix this.
