Is an uncraftable Voodoo JuJu worth less than a craftable one?

I kinda meant in desirability, would a spelled one be worthless because it's uncraftable or just a little less than a crafted one? I hope this isn't some Lucky No. 42 type thing.

the spell probably overrides the craftable/noncraftable price difference. People care more about it being spelled.
