If you didn't chargeback, your bank / paypal / etc. might have flagged one of your payments as fraudulent or sth and charged it back, I would check for that. Also, this is the place you want to appeal at https://marketplace.tf/support , not on backpack. I cannot trade I feel that. I got the same situation since September of 2021. My appeal is still ongoing as well. I've been closing and opening my tickets. You're not alone.
