Price suggestions for a possible 1 of 1

I unboxed a Dazzling Constellations Hat to Kill For, and didn't know what exactly to price it for. From what I can tell by searching on bptf, it might be the only one unboxed, so I don't know how much more that would add to the price. For the team colored version of the effect that has around ten unboxed there is two classifieds selling for 150 keys (or offers) each, if that helps at all. I know the effect is new, so I would just like to ask for some suggestions, not anything concrete.

If you're asking to make a price suggestion, there needs to be a sale.

 

If you're asking for an estimated market value, if you're the only owner, you can price it at whatever you want and wait for it to sell (if you're selling it)

For an item to have a price, there needs to be sales. 

If you want an appraisal, you need to compare it to other unusuals of the same effect, or different effects on the same hat.
