The seven criteria for substance dependence are:

( The same (or a closely related) substance is taken to relieve or avoid withdrawal symptoms.

(3) The substance is often taken in larger amounts or over a longer period than was intended.

(4) There is a persistent desire or unsuccessful efforts to cut down or control substance use.

(5) A great deal of time is spent in activities necessary to obtain the substance (such as visiting multiple doctors or driving long distances), use the substance (such as chain smoking) or recover from its effects.

(6) Important social, occupational, or recreational activities are given up or reduced because of substance use.

(7) The substance use is continued despite knowledge of having a persistent or recurrent physical or psychological problem that is likely to have been caused or exacerbated by the substance.

 

Only three of the above are needed to be deemed an addictive substance

plus, the alt account is using bp.tf. in this suggestion ( http://backpack.tf/vote/id/51f531c54bd7b85a63000004 ) he commented he was upvoting so it would be easier to get (price manipulation done right) and he said "fuck you, and your proofs" to a guy that replied to his comment saying "That is not a reason at all to upvote, and especially not to comment..."

Thx for posting this, I will expand his ban to 15 days now and ban his alt perma.

 

PS: No need to screenshot them, admins can also see deleted comments.

I wouldnt say he was the best suggester...though he is no.1 his suggestions were rarely organised and he basically egged on flame wars on most of them too xD

 

Think he made another troll key suggestion and wolfi banned him for 2 months?
