I just started using backpack.tf and I can't access my backpack

Every time I try it says it's not loaded and since I just started I have no previous snapshots of my backpack, also sorry if this is the wrong topic I couldn't figure out what this should be.

Maybe check to see if your inventory isnt private, or there is an error.
