It is one of the better effects, but being a hat from the case they're going to be unboxed quite a lot and it's one of the elf hats which have never been sought after. Certainly try to get as much as you can sooner than later, the highest I could see is 65, but realistically it likely would easily sell for what Alecto said, and probably won't be worth a lot by the end of the month.
