Help with pricing a new unusual

Recommended Posts

Greetings. I am very new to unboxing and have recently unboxed a 1 of 2 Ominous Stare California Cap and do not know how much it  is exactly worth.

Buy orders for this have gone up to 50 keys and I have already been offered a Sunbeams Fire Fighter for it.

Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks!

Well there’s a buy order for 50 Keys, probably best to take that before the Halloween prices go down.

Hard disagree with this, it can't be unboxed after the event, plus it's one of the better effects of the case.

50 keys is dirt cheap for that, I'd buy it for 50 keys and I've already got too much shit to sell currently lol

What other people have said, good hat with one of the better new effects, I'd prob aim for 100-120 on it.

Also lmao at the guy who said it was worth dumping for 50

ALWAYS overvalue your items because you can always go down. if you undervalue, you risk the chance of losing good profit if it sells. if you overvalue it you can fix your price to be more suitable to a buyer while not being scared of losses or making barely any profit

To an extent, yes. If you overvalue too much tho, you're gonna prevent any offers from coming in to begin with because people will be scared off by an unreasonable buyout. Gotta find the balance, I personally think about 10-15% over a reasonable price is the ideal range

That's where the price correction part I mentioned comes in. I usually go about 20% over and drop 5%, then a further 1-5% after that if necessary

so you dont want as much as you can get out of your items? that's ok if ur not looking to make profit. +1% on every item you sell adds up quick with good volume/high prices
