How long does it take to have an issue on the issue tracker resolved?

I've had an issue open on the issue tracker for over 4 months, with no admin interaction. After my initial post, my issue was tagged #more-info-needed and had its level set to medium. An admin even asked me to elaborate on a specific part of the post, and never acknowledged my response. Anyone know how long these usually take to get sorted out? I can wait longer, I'm just curious.
