Obtaining an API key without a website

Hello, not sure about a few things in regards to getting an API key. I plan to use the API for a personal project and thus I am not sure what to put into the 'Site URL' field which is a required field.

 

My question is what should I put in this field considering I do not have a website, nor will I. 

 

Perhaps I have misunderstood what this field is actually asking for as well, and if so I would be very appreciative if someone could correct me.

For the backpacktf api just explain what you’ll use it for

 

For the steam api it really doesn’t matter
