If you want a rough average, just look at the average value of the taunt--7 keys. If you wait with it for a while, this price will increase most likely, maybe eventually hitting like 10 keys. Please people, it isn't difficult to look up the average value of your item, or even put a little extra work in and check out the average value of the past couple year's Halloween effects on that item.
