Can u submit another report to a -reputation rating if u have accedentaly sent one accidentaly?

I mean like can u report it again, make the new report replace ur old one? SInce I have this -rep wich is bs btw and I am looking to get rid of it, but I accidentaly sent a half finished falsification report

It should give you a "You've already reported this" message if you try to report something you've already reported.

If you need to provide more information about a negative rating you can create a trust issue here and explain
