Need help with pricing on backpack.tf

Hey, I have just went on backpack.tf, and to my suprise found out that I have ~6 Keys item in my inventory. I'm not much of a trader, so here I am trying to get an answer if this item is really worth 6 Keys, and if it does where can i sell it? backpack.tf sometimes gives bad prices to fabricators. this is worth nothing

Bp takes fab prices from scm, and sometimes people sell for super high there to transfer funds/manip

It is weird that backpack.tf uses this method to 'price' fabricators and whatnot, given the consistently unstable and inconsistent nature of this method. I feel like scraping past sales (perhaps sales over past month or past 20 sales, whichever comes first) and averaging them out would provide users with a much more useful and accurate valuation. If you wanted to get really fancy, it could also exclude sales exceeding a certain number of standard deviations to further hone the precision of the value, but that's probably more processing effort than it's worth.
