Trading servers in 2021

Recently I was trying to get a good-ish trade on trade servers since I'm tired of having to find good trades on websites and trade with website bots for 0.11 scrap profit 😒 .I was mainly buying stuff and guess what.Everyone was selling at like highest selling offer price from bp.tf (some were even selling hats to me with a price from buy offers),and now I am kinda confused on how are you even supposed to profit a significant amount on trade servers since now everyone is stricly using bp.tf prices as their buying/selling price.I am I missing something or this is how everyone is trading these days?

It's how trading has been since bp.tf first became popular, that's why some people jokingly call it "bible.tf" - I remember all the way in 2013/2014 when I'd have people bitching on trade servers about "omg people stop worshiping backpack.tf prices buy my overpriced junk reeeee!"

The only trade server that is anywhere near 100% trade no goofing off is Firepowered Unusual Trade, which is restricted to higher-value items. Every other trade server is either dead or is 20% traders, 30% beggars, and 50% f2ps goofing off with the minecraft trade map currently running.

Either way the only way to really profit decently below 15-20 keys is by either buying/selling painted cosmetics for a profit (which is becoming harder with paint bots starting to exist) or to buy popular stranges with top-tier strange parts and sell them for a profit. Do that until 10-15 keys and then start trying to buy/sell spelled items for a profit, then at ~20 you start with unusual trading, since unusuals below 20 keys are almost always a waste of time.
