olimar5050
Earlier I stupidly put my password into some phishing site, and just now my everything about my account changed. When I saw this I immediately changed my password. Is that enough to get whoever accessed my account out? Also could they move my items into another account or will I always be notified for a confirmation with an authenticator?

You will also need to revoke the API key associated to your account (if any), since that's how they're able to cancel the trades you make and make their own (+ accept it) so when you confirm the trade you're actually confirming theirs. https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

As a precaution https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage I would also recommend that you change the password of your email address if you reuse it.
