Nice effects that don't pair AT all with any of the cosmetics.

Also they accepted a spy crab hat when there's already a beanie variant from last year, does the TF2 "Team" not know they already accepted one that looks very similar?

Looking at the ties. Ties could definitely be some niche market if they made tie skins or tie unusual effects.

Burning flames tie. Psychedelic tie. They can recycle all effects but make em smaller and on your chest.

Useless change to mvm that just makes it harder to help people. Personally I doubt I'll be helping anyone after this update as usually I'd let people know about broken upgrades but guess not anymore! No clue what toxicity this was supposed to fix (as I assume that's why it was added). All upgrades that usually attract toxicity are very visible when used (EOI, rage, AB force) just means people will A) leave mid match, which is way more detrimental than if they can leave before the wave starts or B ) delay a kick by 1 wave, which is usually already happening as the most toxic people will just wait until last wave to kick anyway OR some people only kick if the player uses the bad upgrade in which case they would usually be able to let that player know not to use it before the round starts.

No real solution to the bots just more band-aids which I guess is better than nothing but for a game that probably generates 10's of millions of dollars annually you'd think they'd be able to give just a little bit more of a rat's ass about it.

And of course another case with event locked effects, you'd think after the common opinion of "that's a shit idea" that last year's summer case caused that they wouldn't do the same thing but here we are...
