Suspicious listings

So I recently came across a guy listing items for steep discounts, and after trying to buy from him he ignores the actual trade that he posted and talks about steam cards instead. He blocked me after it became clear there wasn’t gonna be a sale. I wanted to leave a -rep on his backpack.tf profile (which people have already done, for the same reasons) but he just leaves -reps back on their profiles, which is something I don’t want to risk. What’s the best way to handle this?
 

I can’t even see the chats anymore since I’m blocked, but if you go to his profile there are hundreds of comments asking to buy the same items (which are falsely listed for steep discounts) and I find it hard to believe they wouldn’t have been sold already if this guy was honest.

Well the best way would be report him for not honouring his classifieds listings.  His retaliatory -trusts are probably invalid so a simple report on those would get them removed.
