Is it safe to delete video previews from Adobe Premiere Pro folders?

These aren't taking up too much space I guess but if they're just previews and don't effect anything if I delete them then can I just delete them?

pretty sure it won't effect anything but to be safe I'd first move them to a different folder and check if anything happens with the project.

Its fine if you delete them. If I'm not mistaken every time you open a vid using adobe premiere to edit it it will create a preview.
