I need some help getting in contact with someone

So a trader named RTHR blocked me when i accidentally offered him the wrong amount of ref in a trade and since he is a high tier trader with a lot of unusuals for sale its become harder for me to find deals with one of the main people having me blocked for a small issue and i have tried commenting on his bazaar.tf profile to try and get him to unblock me. Is there anyway i can get into contact with him or am i just blocked forever and cant trade with him. Please help me

That guy seems to block anyone that doesn't offer full pure/something he considers low. His choice, but I've wanted to buy a few of his items before for full pure and couldn't, so he lost a sale
