Scott Bakula Posted March 30, 2021 Share Posted March 30, 2021 If you feel your trust has been removed erroneously, you can open up a ticket at backpack.tf/issues  Keep in mind that positive trusts for this site should only be given for trades where risk was a factor, such as paypal transactions, brokering, or spycrabing. Having someone add trust on backpack for an 11 ref trade though isnt seen as risky or worth the trust rep as it was a simple transaction/trade and either side had no choice but to accept the trade/deal so effectively no trust was involved whatsoever.. If anything BP could add a feature for small trades that require no risk and add say a feature of giving kudos. For the time required to implement and the overall results it isnt worth it.
