I got wrongfully permabanned and the admins are taking the piss out out off me, please help !

This was internally discussed between all report mods and admins, you have gotten our response in your appeal. While we still feel you knew, there is no solid evidence to prove that, the same way we don't know if you actually forgot to do background check.

To answer some of your questions
There is no point in banning CS Deals and other site bots that don't use the site actively & we only respond to a report if made against a user/bot.
You are allowed to with https://backpack.tf/u/76561198876179362 at your own risk, we don't ban for this as they are not an SR marked scammer.
Mobile chat logs are not accepted in any community, they must either be from the steam client or from the get friend message (uncropped or unedited)

It is very clear you have not read our rules for background checks, I would strongly advise you to read them carefully and not nitpick points, so you don't do the same again. Understand what the changes are and then read the rules with in this thread linked below.
