Where can I find a glitched painted Pencil Pusher

I've been looking everywhere for someone who has one for sale but to no avail. Apparently there's like 100 in existence which isn't VERY little, yet I can't find any listings or anything. Anyone know where I can get one?

That's pretty small considering there's like 200 million+ items. And collector items typically go to die in backpacks instead of being traded around like unusuals.

I sold one of mine for $90 (uncraftable and pink)... pretty sure he was asking for like 40 keys

ahhh i dont remember asking for 40 keys that seems super low, my last askin was a couple hundred keys but took the listing down since then cause idc for selling it, it can die in my inv for all i care lol
