My backpack won't update two unusuals that I unboxed as tradable even though they are now tradable?

So basically I unboxed a couple of unusuals roughly 2 weeks ago, I had just bought the keys from the Mann Co. Store so they were untradable for a week.

 

They are both now tradable but backpack.tf still won't let me put them up for sale? As well as this my inventory just won't load correctly on backpack.tf and will use fallback's or older versions of my backpack. Also even when they do load on the site as tradable I go to list them for sale and then tell me I can't put an ad up for a sale because they are untradable

 

For reference they are my Pale Nimbus Killing Tree and Violent Wintertide Shoestring Santa.

Just have to keep refreshing your backpack. It's Steam API being difficult and has been that way for a few days at least. Once you get an up-to-date scan of your backpack you'll be able to list your items.
