I believe this is a rare spell for this weapon, as this weapon came out not too long before you could no longer attach spells.

 

I would sell this on S.C.M. for just under a similar strange Loose Cannon with that spell. If there are none available, then the sky is the limit.

there is an unsold one on backpack for 12 keys, so about 25$ on steam market. but its unsold for a reason, the real value is probably 6-9 keys. but its not pro ks. the kit adds about 5 to 10 bucks. 

 

id say yours worth about 9-12 keys.
