falsely banned

hey hey people, recently I have been wrongly banned for being an alt of a known scammer. Allegedly, we have both logged on to the same device in the past. Due to this, I have been having a hard time convincing the support, that I am in fact, not an alt. As such, I would like to ask if any of you have any suggestions as to ways I can gain evidence that I am not an alt.
