Some other tidbits of info WIPs refers to how many times you want me to make a major change. After 3 changes, I expect an extra $10 per change. For certain backgrounds, we can discuss an actual tangible setting, but if not specified the background will look like the exampled ones. Will not do: Furries Mechs Complicated designs (unless you don't mind me simplifying them) Last thing, I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Main reason would be that I am not paid half in advance. If you are interested, PM me and I'll get with you as soon as I can!
