Trading Sites, Servers, etc.

 

Backpack.tf - The only major TF2 trading site for Price Checking. You can also go about buying, or selling your own items here.

Backpack.tf Forums - another Backpack.tf related place to buy or sell your items. Relatively inactive due to it's obscurity, but that doesn't mean you can't find good deals here.

Marketplace.tf - A site used to Buy TF2 Items with Real World Currency via PayPal or Credit Card. Sellers program no longer open for new users and is closing for a set whitelist in December 15th (Note that Marketplace has a 10% sales fee).

Scrap.TF - Automated TF2 Item Trading Bot that deals in the trading of Weapons, Hats, Keys, Oddity Items, Unusuals, Skins, Killstreak Kits, MVM Parts, etc. People can also auction off their own items in the Scrap.TF Auctions.

STNTrading.eu - Automated TF2 Item Trading Bot that also deals in the trading of Weapons, Hats, Keys, Oddity Items, Unusuals, Skins, Killstreak Kits, MVM Parts, etc. A direct alternative and competitor of Scrap TF. Unique from Scrap.TF in the way that the prices paid are publicly listed, you don't have to own the item to know how the site values it.

Steam Community Market - Steam Community Market likely has one of the largest volumes of TF2 items for sale, but since they have a %15 sales fee and items are valued higher than on other sites, generally it's not the greatest to finds steals. You’ll find the best prices on the market during the big Steam sales (Summer/Winter/Fall sale), where people tend to sell off their hats so that they can the highly discounted games they want. buy the games they want during the sale. It’s a fantastic time of the year, where there’s plenty of cheap unusuals to find.

CS.Deals - CS:GO Trading Website. Alternative to Marketplace.tf - has a TF2 Section with a decent variety of Unusual Hats, Taunts, and Weapons as well as various other items.

OPSkins -  CS:GO Trading Website. CSGO marketplace that also offers support for TF2 items, confusing search for unusuals and their suggested price for unusuals are most of the time inaccurate, but if you have the time & knowledge to browse though the many unusuals being sold you can find some deals (Opskins has a 10% sales fee).
Bitskins – Another CS:GO cash marketplace that opened support for other game items. Limited in their supply of TF2 items(Bitskins has a 5% sales fee).

r/TF2Trade - Subreddit devoted to TF2 trading. 

The Steam Community TF2 trade forum - Wouldn’t be my first choice. Filled with lowballing and spammy posts, but you can probably still find some deals here occasionally.

tf2mart.net - An old school TF2 Trading Website, they accept items that other sites often do not (i.e. Strange Decorated Weapons, items with No buyers and Sellers on Backpack, added value for Strange Parts, Paints, etc). One of the last of its kind.
tftrade.net or tftrade.ru (same site, different name) - Simillar to TF2 Mart, they accept items that other sites often do not (i.e. Strange Decorated Weapons, items with No buyers and Sellers on Backpack, added value for Strange Parts, Paints, etc).
