I currently have one, and I have no idea if the spell adds any value to the misc. My misc is the Mishap Merc. But if it is and you are planning on selling it, it would sell for no more than 2 keys. All other paint spells are priced at 2, so if you want to have a chance at selling it I'd try 1.5 or even 1 key depending on how patient you are.
