If you meant "just visiting" - then no. If you mean clicking "Sign in with Steam" button and then entering your Steam credentials in a "fake Steam popup" - then yes, this will let scammers hijack your account and then eventually steal your items, unless you're really vigilant when confirming your trades on your phone.
