HaloGAMER0329
Is it possible that the tf2 API being down for weeks is actually valve disabling the API intentionaly to prevent trading websites/bots from functioning but keeping regular person to person trading working fine? Could this be valves solution to not trade lock tf2 like it has all its other games? Does anyone have any word from valve about the API being down? Is this something they should have noticed right away? Usually whenenver there was problems with valve theyd always fix themselves on the tuesday reset. What are everyones thoughts on this? This is the endpoint that has not been functional https://api.steampowered.com/IEconItems_440/GetPlayerItems/v0001/

You should go back and check how long it took them to realize about the 100% unusual chance last year.
Bob the Unsymmetrical
Yes, very nice conspiracy even though our backpack keeps going back to fallback, bot or not. What I think is more plausible is that in the US, lockdown rules are still in place, so the engineers in charge of fixing the servers cannot go back to their offices and fix the servers easily, so they have to work from home. So what I think they are doing is hope they can get back in a few weeks and solve this problem once and for all (or at leats solve it for a few days before it goes down again lol) Not sure if my theory is correct or not as I am not in the US, feel free to correct me
