Intereresting that the pairs of items have different original IDs, though only ~30 apart, and the two pyrovision goggles have different levels. So it's probably not a real dupe (hence the quotes in the title), just getting achievement rewards twice somehow. This has nothing to do with the TF2 economy since the items aren't tradeable, so sorry if this is the wrong forum, just thought it was interesting.
